Video projections, steel, water and granite sand from the Tuolumne river

This is a video installation that was exhibited at my solo exhibition at Krowswork in 2012. There are 5 videos of streams shot along the Tuolumne River projected through water onto beds of granite sand collected from the river. The beds of granite sand are suspended at different levels using steel stands representing the levels of the river where the videos were shot.
